We are seeking maintenance technicians to perform janitorial services, high-end facility cleaning, window washing, and floor care. We offer flexible schedules with starting salary of $19 per hour.

Compensation:

$19.00 - $21.00 Per Hour

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in janitorial, cleaning, or in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of general cleaning.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must have the authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Salary commensurate with work experience.
  • The candidate should be able to work a flexible schedule.
  • Candidates will be subject to drug screening, fingerprinting, and a 10-year background check.

Additional Information:

CDL License is a plus. A clean driving license and background checks are mandatory.
