Compensation:

$22.00 - $25.00 Per Hour

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Dispatch Operations: Coordinate and manage transportation logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services
  • Communication: Efficiently communicate with drivers and clients, ensuring clear and professional interactions
  • Problem Resolution: Handle issues or emergencies during overnight shifts, implementing effective solutions while prioritizing client satisfaction and safety
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize GPS, dispatching software, and communication tools to optimize operations
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism
  • Documentation: Keep accurate records of dispatch activities, including reservations, vehicle assignments, client communications, and incident reports
  • Team Collaboration: Work with other dispatch team members and various departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to DH2's overall success
  • Monitoring: Monitor driver logs and keep detailed records

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in dispatching or a related field, preferably within the transportation industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and team members
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in using dispatch software and other technology tools to optimize operations and enhance efficiency
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Flexibility to work Saturday and Sunday, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D
  • Must be at least 25 years old
  • At least 5 years of dispatching experience
  • Knowledgeable of the Tri-State Area and all airports
  • Ability to schedule and manage drivers' schedules
