Founded in 1984 as AMR Services, WFS has grown over four decades into an international logistics powerhouse with operations spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.
The company’s core operations center on comprehensive air cargo handling, including warehouse management, freighter services, express cargo logistics, and specialized handling for temperature-sensitive goods like pharmaceuticals and perishables. Alongside cargo, WFS provides full passenger and ground services ranging from ticketing and gate support to baggage handling, ramp operations, and aircraft servicing. They also deliver technical logistics solutions and custom airport concession management.
Operating across major international airport hubs, WFS serves hundreds of airlines, freight forwarders, and logistics organizations worldwide. Following its acquisition by Singapore-based SATS Ltd. in 2023, WFS joined forces with SATS to create a combined global aviation footprint along key trade routes, maintaining a primary focus on safety, operational efficiency, and sustainable airport operations.
