If you have experience managing fine-dining food and beverage outlets at a hotel, restaurant, private club, or other upscale hospitality venue, we want to hear from you.
As the Club General Manager, you will have responsibility for daily operations and service staff, including food operations managers, bartenders, cooks, supervisors, and appearance care (custodial staff), and all food and beverage services for these private lounges. This is a hands-on manager role, and I will be very active in daily service operations and unit financials. The ideal candidate will have fine-dining/elevated service standards within restaurants/hotels, food, beverage, and culinary knowledge/experience, a strong eye for detail, overall excellent service standards, and, most importantly, be a true team leader. As the General Manager, you will also be responsible for monitoring financials and cost controls.

Compensation:

$114,400 - $173,140 Per Year

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic Management Experience - 5 years
  • Basic Functional Experience - 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:
  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  • motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or
  • Ensure that Sodexo standards are met, including compliance with company food and physical safety programs.
