What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily shifts in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. 
• Oversee team members and provide coaching, direction, and support to keep operations running smoothly. 
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, ensuring guests are treated with warmth, professionalism, and care. 
• Help maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation. 
• Monitor team performance, address challenges as they arise, and hold team members accountable for operational standards. 
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment where employees feel supported and motivated to succeed. 

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of previous experience leading a team in a restaurant or food service environment; full-service or high-volume restaurant experience highly preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant operating standards. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and stay organized in a busy environment. 
• Open availability, including on weekends and holidays, to support airport restaurant operations.
