The Utility associate is responsible for various services including but not limited to cleaning equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots, and pans using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.

The Cook is responsible for preparing cooked foods and must be able to perform all station functions of Fry, Flat-Top Griddle, Pantry, and egg cooking; communicate ticket times and potential problems to the manager on duty and servers as necessary.

The MGRI ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards. The MGRI uses prescribed policies and procedures to make management decisions.
