The Operations and Security Agent executes high-level operational and security measures to support seamless flight operations and guarantees the safe, secure handling of all aircraft.

Compensation:

$26.00 Per Day

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in similar jobs
  • Experience in Cargo airline / Freight Forwarder companies/ GSA is an advantage
  • Very good communication & negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work around the clock (24/7)
  • Open minded and willing to learn
  • Energetic with strong work ethic
  • Ability to execute multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maximizing cargo loads to align with sales bookings and capacity.
  • Adhering to all security regulations and industry compliance standards.
  • Building pallets according to operational requirements and sales department needs.
  • Liaising with service providers in real time to ensure flight buildup remains on schedule.
  • Ensuring all shipments booked for a flight are successfully processed and loaded.
  • Traveling to secondary airports to provide operational and security support for charter flights as required.
