The role of Manager-on-Duty at our JFK, NY location involves directing supervisory personnel within an assigned warehouse or ramp functional areas; overseeing and advising on staffing requirements.

The Ground Services Instructor provides safety, security, and procedural training for ground handling and/or cargo services.

The work of an Office Agent includes computer data entry, preparing all flight documents, interfaces with U.S. Customs, preparing all import and export documentation, and accepting/distributing cargo in accordance with applicable air carrier and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Equip airplane cabin, by reading check list specifications, with equipment and supplies such as rugs, linens, blankets, etc., as well as carrying supplies weighing up to 50 lbs. on board aircraft.

The Maintenance Technicians/Electrical Mechanics are the main responders to emergency situations. They carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at the electrical and mechanical levels of the baggage handling system.

Mechanics should have experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all mechanical portions of the BHS and PBB. Mechanics must be able to proficiently replace any mechanical device, structural portion, or support involved with the efficient, safe operation of the BHS & PBB.

The work of a Warehouse Agent includes loading and unloading cargo (mail, express, freight, and company material) on and off aircraft and transporting cargo between terminals and aircraft.

We are looking for full-time Class A CDL drivers to support our local operation at JFK. We haul exclusively from the yard to the WFS building, a very short distance, 100% no-touch freight.

The work of the Manager-on-Duty Ramp Services includes directing supervisory personnel within assigned functional areas, which may include ramp services, overseeing and advising on staffing requirements, and acting as a liaison between the first-level supervisor and upper management.

The Lead Mechanic is responsible for aspects of the Field Service Technician position (as described below) as well as the following: managing the crew's overall performance and ensuring the timely and satisfactory completion of work assignments in accordance with Company policy.
