Flight Operations

The Technical Support Controller monitors fleet performance daily and provides recommendations for preventative maintenance, ongoing troubleshooting, and/or aircraft recovery.

The Maintenance Control Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the Maintenance Controllers and Duty Managers. This Coordinator will provide administrative duties, including email communications, set up of conference calls, and data collection for daily reports.

The Senior Analyst will perform data analysis, data quality assurance, and ad hoc projects that enable system robustness and achievable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

This role will actively analyze leading and lagging safety risk indicators and facilitating implementation of cross divisional plans and processes to mitigate employee, asset, regulatory and liability risks at a Hub.
