The OTG General Manager at EWR is the management leader in our OTG units; this position is responsible for all day-to-day restaurant and Cibo operations for multiple concepts and crewmember performance.

The OTG Host must possess strong interpersonal skills, a sunny disposition, and a positive outlook all the while adhering to the OTG Core Steps of Service.

The Cook II at JFK Airport is responsible for delivering the OTG guest experience.  The ability to prepare food to the correct temperature, portion, and plating specifications while maintaining a clean and sanitized area, is critical to success in this role.

The Cook III at JFK airport is responsible for delivering the OTG guest experience. The ability to prepare food to the correct temperature, portion, and plating specifications while maintaining a clean and sanitized area, is critical to success in this role.

Baristas at LGA Airport are responsible for delivering the OTG Starbucks experience to all guests and fellow crew members.

The Cook II at LGA Airport must have the ability to prepare food to the correct temperature, portion, and plating specifications while maintaining a clean and sanitized area, is critical to success in this role.

The Cook III at LGA airport is responsible for delivering the OTG guest experience. The ability to prepare food to the correct temperature, portion, and plating specifications while maintaining a clean and sanitized area, is critical to success in this role.

The Premium Bartender delivers an elevated guest experience through exceptional service and precise cocktail and food execution at upscale airport dining establishments.

The Crew Member is responsible for performing a variety of duties within a fast food establishment which may include cleaning the food or stock areas, operating fryers & microwaves, manning food preparation production line, assisting in the kitchen area.

The MGRI ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards.
